Personnels entitle to use permit rules in divers conditions such as in compassionate, marriage, death and maternity leave. Paid leave is administered by law.

Working hours and days are performed by laws.

 PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AND CARRIER MANAGEMENT

Performance assessment is administered biannually in accordance with targets and management.

Consequences of the assessment impacts directly on the personnel’s training requirements, career plans, and charges increasing.
