Order contract will be valid as of signing By The Customer. Products will be manufactured or loaded, after payment is transfered by The Customer in accordance with the payment method. Otherwise, goods can not be loaded.

 The Customer has to make clear the products of which the colours, measures, and installation. Otherwise, PARKKENT MOBILYALARI can not be held accountable for any forthcoming troubles.

 Kids play series, fitness center, bus station, gazebos and pergolas of the installation will be performed By PARKKENT and these products have warrant for 2 years in case of any fault due to manufacturing and installation. If installation is carried out by The Customer then these products will be called as nonwrarrantable.

 Banks&bins, picnic tables, fountains and clasic garden furniture of the installation are performed by The Customer.

 If gound is not ready for installation, eventhough the area is declared ready on the date of shipment, then products will be delivered to The Customer and The Customer is in charge of the products of their protection and keeping.

 If area can be prepared for installation within 24 hours, then personnels will wait at the area on the condition that all accommodation, catering…etc.costs are met by The Customer for one day. If area can not be prepared for installation within 24 hours, then Personnels will leave from the area.

 Sand, water,cement, and electric welding relating to the installation of the responsibility is on The Customer. Before installation, PARKKENT MOBILYALARI will give information about esseantial materials by written or oral to The Customer. Relating to the ground  for installation and of the responsilibility is on The Customer.

 If ground is not suitable for installation, then 6 th article will be valid and installation can not be made. PARKKENT MOBILYALARI will inform The Customer before installation about suitability of the ground by written and oral.

 For long term installation, The Buyer will provide accommodation and working area for the personnels where should be humanitarian.

 Over all costs in oversea installation are met by The Customer such as passport, visa,taxes, communication, accommodation, catering, transportation, shipping..etc.

 PARKKENT MOBILYALARI entitles to not send its personnels in the event of security, weather and social condition

 Shipping cost is not included to production cost.

 Without declaring, PARKKENT MOBILYALARI entitles to change its production which was pre displayed on the website or catalog, and entitles to remove it from manufacturing.

 After installation, customer satisfaction questionnare form will be given to customer by The Team Leader. After being appraised, The Customer relations unıt will give all information to customer in the event that The Customer encounter with any problem .

 Over all productions have 2 years warranty against manufacturing defect. Besides, the spare part is quaranteed for 5 years during of the cost is paid by The Customer.

Due to seasonal reason, there can be a crack on wooden series max 5mm width and different lenght. Crack of this size is considered normal because of climate condition and of  natural adaptation.

 However, in the event that width exceeds 5mm and if this situation lasts more than 4 months, then this part is replaced.

 Due to seasonal reason and dampness, bolts and screws may loosen or squeeze. Lest the production may deform, which should be maintained by The Customer through overhaul kit and instruction provided by PARKKENT MOBILYALARI.

 Over all goods are manufactured by conforming to user’s age and The Customer is responsible for the proper usage.

 At time of installation, PARKKENT MOBILYALARI can not be held accountable for any mistake about measurament of area caused by The Customer.

 If invoice and shipment address are different, then correct address, the authorized person’s name and of the phone number should be given by The Customer.

 After official report is signed by The Customer or Customer Representative,  PARKKENT MOBILYALARI can not be held accountable for any damages.

 If area is in abroad, then Customer should provide a translater to make the Personnels work available.

 The units of the assembly has been completed is necessary to be waited in the winter min 3 days and in the summer min 2 days for the anchor concretes to dry. Within these days area shouldnt be used. This responsibility belongs to The Customer.

 PARKKENT MOBILYALARI will make proper package for all goods. 

Personnels will wear proper working clothes and they will comply with the working and ethics rules.

 If The Customer request to be submitted the social insurance institution (SII) card, then  Personnels will submit. Ankara courts are authorized in all conflicts.
